DANIEL M. SHLUFMAN, ESQ

Daniel M. Shlufman, Esq., is a practicing real estate lawyer in New York since 1989 and New Jersey concentrating on mortgage regulatory and on the purchase and sale of houses, condominiums, cooperatives, and leasing of small commercial properties.

 

Dan has also been a mortgage loan originator since 1996 and the owner and General Counsel of a mortgage brokerage firm from 1996 to 2012. Presently, he is a mortgage banker In New Jersey & New York. Dan helps clients finance the purchase of new homes and save money by refinancing the loans on their current homes. Dan understands every aspect of the mortgage process and brings his considerable knowledge to bear on his client engagements.

Dan Shlufman graduated from New York University School of Law with a J.D. degree in 1989 and was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award in Professional Responsibility and Regulation of Lawyers. He graduated from The State University of New York at Binghamton in 1986 with a B.A. degree. Dan graduated with Outstanding Academic Performance and was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa honor society.
